At Bazaa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the items are inspected.
